How far in advance should I book?
Seven days is the sweet spot. We can usually fit a 72-hour lead time for most cities, and same-week for Patterson, Tracy, and Modesto. If you’re closing this week, text Esme at 209-222-7688 and she’ll find a slot inside 24 hours when one is available.
What if my close date slips?
One reschedule with more than 48 hours’ notice is on us. Inside 48 hours there’s a $25 late-change fee (covers the crew’s lost slot). Text Esme with the new date — she re-books you in one reply.
Does the crew bring supplies?
Yes — every supply for every bundle. Microfiber, vacuum, mop, eco-friendly products. If you’d rather we use your products (allergies, fragrance-free home, specific brands), leave them in the kitchen and we’ll swap.
Do you serve my city?
We run all 9 Central Valley cities: Patterson, Tracy, Modesto, Manteca, Lathrop, Ripon, Oakdale, Turlock, Escalon. Outside that list, drop your ZIP in the calculator above and we’ll add you to the waitlist — we’ll text the day we open your area.
Can my realtor be CC’d on the receipt?
Yes. Enter their email at booking and we’ll CC them on the receipt + completion photo when it ships with the next portal release. Realtors who refer us clients with a code also get a monthly roll-up report from Esme.
What’s the refund policy if I cancel?
Cancel more than 48 hours before your move date and it’s a full refund, no questions. Inside 48 hours we keep a $75 scheduling fee (covers the crew’s lost slot) and refund the rest. If we cancel on you, you’re refunded in full within 3 business days.
How does the crew get in on the day?
Four options, you pick at booking: (1) you give us a lockbox code, (2) you leave a key at a designated spot, (3) you meet the crew, or (4) your realtor lets them in. We don’t require you to be there.
Can I get a Certificate of Insurance for my building?
Yes — coverage is coordinated per engagement. Many apartment buildings and condo HOAs require a COI before cleaners are allowed in. Text the building’s insurance requirements to Esme at 209-222-7688 and she’ll coordinate the COI before your scheduled clean.
