How much will my cleaning actually cost?
Bi-weekly houses run $135–$195 for most 2–3 bedroom homes. STR turnovers run $125–$165 depending on size. Move-outs are flat-rate by bundle: $320 for Basic, $465 for Deep, $695 for Deep + Carpet + Window. The quote widget above shows your exact number before you enter a card.
Who actually shows up at my door?
A two-person DHH crew in a branded shirt. Every crew member is background-screened and trained on our per-home checklist. Recurring customers get the same pair every visit — if that crew is out sick, we text you 24 hours ahead and send our backup.
Can I reschedule if something comes up?
Yes. Reschedule up to 24 hours before your clean with no charge. Inside 24 hours there’s a $25 late-change fee (covers the crew’s lost slot). Text Esme at 209-222-7688 and it’s done in one reply.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. The crew brings everything: microfiber, vacuum, mop, all products. If you’d rather we use your supplies (allergies, preferences, fragrance-free home), leave them on the counter and we’ll use those instead.
What happens if something gets broken?
We stand behind our work — if a crew member breaks something, you take a photo, text Esme, and we settle it within 5 business days, usually same-day. We don’t haggle and we don’t disappear.
Do you come out to my city?
We currently serve Patterson, Tracy, Modesto, Manteca, Lathrop, Ripon, Oakdale, Turlock, and Escalon. If you’re outside that list, enter your ZIP in the quote widget and we’ll add you to the waitlist — you’ll hear from us the week we open your area.
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
If something was missed or done poorly, text a photo within 48 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean the affected area — no added charge. That’s our 48-hour guarantee, and it’s in writing in your booking email.
Who do I talk to before I book?
Esme runs DHH Cleaning operations. Text her at 209-222-7688 or email ops@damianshostinghub.com. Most questions get a reply inside an hour during business hours (Mon–Fri, 7am–6pm Pacific).
