Cancellation & reschedule policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge.
Inside 24 hours we bill a late change fee of 50% of the job, with a minimum of $49 and never more than the job itself, for the crew time already committed. If we can refill the slot, we refund it.
Once the crew is on the way, or arrives and cannot get in, the late change fee is the full job amount.
If the crew runs more than 30 minutes late, we credit 15% of the service.
Not happy with the work? Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and fix it at no charge.
The same policy covers cleaning, maintenance and yard visits.
