Meet Damian Garcia
I have been a firefighter in San Francisco, California for over 20 years. In the fire service, you learn something fast: people do not care what you know until they know you care. When someone calls at 2am, they need you to show up calm, prepared, and ready to handle whatever is happening. That is the mindset I brought to property management.
In 2024, Esmeralda and I started managing our Houston home as a short-term rental. We did everything ourselves — cleaning, guest messages, pricing, maintenance. We learned the business the hard way, by doing it. Within a year, word got around. Other property owners saw our reviews, saw how we handled things, and asked us to manage their properties too. By 2025, we were managing 31 properties across California, Texas, Georgia, and Florida — and we had not lost a single owner or earned anything less than a 5-star review on Google.
In 2026, we expanded into long-term rental management through a partnership with a California DRE licensed broker. This was important to us. Too many property managers in the Central Valley operate without a license, and property owners do not realize the risk until something goes wrong. With our broker partnership, your funds are held in a regulated trust account, your leases meet state legal standards, and you have real protection.
This is still a family operation. Esmeralda and I are the ones answering your calls, reviewing your reports, and checking on your properties. We do not have layers of management between you and the people doing the work. When you call Damian's Hosting Hub, you get Damian and Esmeralda. That is by design, and it is not going to change.
