What if the crew no-shows?
We keep a backup crew on standby in every ZIP we serve. If both fall through — which has never happened — you get the turnover at no charge plus a $50 credit toward your next turn. That’s our SLA, and it’s in writing in your booking email.
Do you offer same-day turns?
Yes, inside our 9-city service area. Guest checks out 11am, new guest checks in 4pm — that’s our standard window. A 15% same-day surcharge applies only if the turn is requested inside 6 hours.
How do I prove a job was done?
Today you get three timestamped SMS (en route, arrived, complete) plus a completion receipt in your email. The full per-room photo feed ships with our next portal release — until then the SMS timestamps alone have been enough to resolve every dispute our hosts have run into.
Can I connect my Airbnb calendar?
Calendar sync is our next big build — iCal pull-through from Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Hostaway, and Hospitable is shipping next quarter. Until then, send us the turn date in the quote widget or over SMS and we lock the crew.
What’s your re-clean guarantee?
If a guest flags cleanliness in the first 48 hours of their check-in, we send a crew back for a full re-clean on our dime. No haggling, no upsell attempt. We’d rather eat one turnover than lose a 5-star streak.
Can one crew handle all my properties?
Yes — that’s the strategy-call conversation. We pair multi-property hosts with a dedicated two-person crew who keeps a copy of your keys, learns the quirks of each unit, and becomes your single point of contact.
Do you supply linens, amenities, or consumables?
Turnover includes cleaning supplies. Linens, toiletries, and consumables (toilet paper, coffee, etc.) are your inventory — we’ll restock from a cabinet you designate if you want. Ask on the strategy call to set up a restock SOP.
How is pricing structured?
Flat rate per turn, based on bedrooms, bathrooms, and square feet — not hourly, and not a percentage of your nightly rate. Most 2-bedroom turns land between $125 and $165. The quote widget above shows your exact number.
