What’s your typical response time?
Esme schedules an on-site walkthrough within one business day. A written proposal follows within 48 hours of the walk.
Is there a minimum contract?
Month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice. No long-term lock-in at the start. If a longer term makes sense for your site, Esme can structure it in the proposal.
Do you handle HIPAA- or OSHA-aware sites?
Yes. A custom SOP is written per site and reviewed with your compliance officer. Insurance coverage is coordinated per engagement — a COI with additional-insured endorsements that match your site’s requirements is delivered before first service.
How is billing handled?
Monthly invoice via Stripe (ACH or card). Net-15 by default; Net-30 available on request. Invoices are itemized by site and address.
Can we request the same crew every visit?
Yes. Commercial engagements default to a dedicated crew lock after onboarding. Your backup crew is named in the SOP in case of illness or PTO.
