• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (residential neighborhood)
• No smoking inside the property (outdoor areas available)
• No unauthorized parties or events
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• No illegal activity on the premises
• Early check-in / late check-out available upon request (fees may apply)
• A rental agreement may be required
• Staying 30+ days? Guests are responsible for their own consumable supplies (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property
• Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings
• Noise complaints may result in reservation cancellation without refund
• Please treat the home with care — we put a lot of love into it
