This house has an eclectic California surf mid century style that will not disappoint. Did I Mention a huge pool? this is a great relaxing space!
Beautifully appointed with custom cabinetry, real refurbished wood floors, stainless appliances, and modern, cozy furnishings. When you're ready to venture, there are abundant choices nearby sure to entertain every type of traveler - from fantastic restaurants and boutique shops, to live music, to hike and bike trails.

All 4 sleeping areas are artfully designed bedrooms feature plush -Size Beds, Ultra-Comfortable Mattresses, High Thread Count sheets, and Organic Cotton Duvets. The Master Bedroom boasts a large closet andTV. Queen Room has TV, plush queen bed and gorgeous wallpaper.
Kitchen
Indulge your culinary desires on the gas range, under a beautiful, stainless steel vent hood. The kitchen features stainless appliances, microwave, french press, coffee maker, toaster, blender, garbage disposal, dishes, etc. The Galley-style kitchen with island opens to the living room - perfect for conversations while making meals.

Traveling with a pet?
- We only accept dogs - 2 (max).
- You must indicate that you are traveling with a pet.
- A pet fee will be charged separately after booking: $100 per pet
- Heavy shedding dogs and dogs under one year of age are not allowed.
- Dogs must not bark excessively.
- Dogs must be groomed close to the check-in date, including nails trimmed, and must be up to date on medications, flea prevention, etc.

The neighbourhood
Located in one of the best most sought after areas in Modesto. Close to downtown. Walk downtown or right up the Virginia Trail.
Worth knowing before you book
The pool is serviced on Monday. By the middle of the week, it is still usable, but may not look the prettiest.
Please be sure the pool sweep is placed back in the pool and started at the end of the day.
- Staying 30+ days? Guests are responsible for their own consumable supplies (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
House rules
- The home is in a very private community oriented neighborhood, please keep the volume down. Hard stop on the noise at 10PM.
- No shoes in the house, please.
- Smoking inside the house is strictly not allowed.
- Parties and excessive nose is strictly not allowed.
- A maximum of two pets only are allowed, with a fee of $100 per pet. Please shoot us a message before your check-in if you're bringing a pet with you!
- You are expected to clean up after your own fur baby. Please keep pets off furniture, carpet, and beds. Pet hairs are hard to remove and removal may be charged to you
- gatherings of any sort are strictly prohibited.
- Violation of any of these rules will result in a fee.
