While you are here

We're hands-off but always a quick message away. You'll check in yourself with a door code we send before arrival, and our local team responds within the hour, day or night, if you need anything at all. The owner does not live on-site, so the home is entirely yours.

The neighbourhood

One of Modesto's most charming older neighborhoods, with mature trees, historic Craftsman homes, and a real sense of place. Walk to Graceada Park for pickleball and free summer concerts, browse the downtown farmers market, and enjoy being minutes from Doctors and Memorial Medical Centers. It's also a relaxed base for Yosemite day trips (about 2 hours) or Bay Area visits (about 1.5 hours).

Getting around

Free driveway parking right at the house. You're on a quiet, walkable tree-lined street, a short stroll to Graceada and Thousand Oaks Park and the Virginia Corridor trail. It's about 3 minutes to downtown Modesto, 5 minutes to MJC and Highway 99, and 5 to 6 minutes to Doctors and Memorial hospitals. A car is handy for exploring, but you can walk to the neighborhood's best spots.
