You're just minutes from Memorial Medical Center and Doctors Medical Center (an easy commute for healthcare travelers), Modesto Junior College, and the shops and dining around Vintage Faire Mall and downtown Modesto.

Quick Highway 99 access puts Turlock ~15 minutes away, Stockton ~30 minutes, Sacramento ~1 hour 15 minutes, and the Bay Area under 2 hours. Yosemite National Park is roughly 2.5 hours east for weekend adventures.
