The space

You get the entire home to yourself — all four bedrooms, both baths, and the whole yard.

• 4 Bedrooms, Sleeps 10 — Two bedrooms downstairs: the first with a queen and a walk-in closet, the second with a queen plus a twin daybed. Upstairs holds a third bedroom with a queen, and the game room adds a queen sleeper sofa. Every bed is dressed in hotel-style white linens with both down and down-alternative pillows.

• 2 Full Bathrooms — Both with tubs, stocked with plenty of fluffy white towels, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer.

• Chef's Kitchen — The showpiece: a pressed-tin ceiling, marble counters, subway tile, a farmhouse sink, and a full stainless suite including a pro gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and ice maker. Fully stocked for real cooking — wine glasses, dishware, silverware, cookware, serving pieces, toaster, blender, and coffee maker.

• Living & Dining — An open floor plan with a stacked-stone fireplace, coffered ceilings, plush seating, and a large smart TV, flowing into a proper dining room that seats the group.

• Whiskey Room & Two Bars — A dedicated whiskey room plus bars both inside and out, for the part of the evening that happens after dinner.

• Upstairs Game Room — Shuffleboard, a Sega Genesis with a real game collection, board games, and a smart TV. This is where the group ends up.

• Private Office — A full office off the living room, so remote work doesn't take over the dining table.

• Pergola Patio & Yard — A covered flagstone patio with lounge seating, a fenced yard, palms, and a lemon tree you're welcome to pick from.

• Oversized Laundry Room — Full-size washer and dryer, detergent included, plus an iron.

What you get access to

• The entire home is yours — no shared spaces, and the owner is NOT on-site during your stay.

You have access to all 4 bedrooms, both full bathrooms, the chef's kitchen, dining and living rooms, the whiskey room and both bars, the upstairs game room, the private office, the laundry room, the pergola patio and fenced yard, and free street parking out front. 🔑

Self check-in by keypad — your code arrives by message before check-in and expires at checkout. Check-in from 4 PM, checkout 11 AM. Late arrivals are no problem. 😄

While you are here

We're available by message whenever you need us — usually replying within 30 minutes to an hour — but happy to give you complete privacy. The owner is not on-site during your stay, and self check-in means you arrive entirely on your own schedule. 😊

We love helping with winery routes and tasting reservations, downtown Lodi restaurant picks, directions and parking for Adventist Health Lodi Memorial, and family outings like Lodi Lake and Micke Grove Zoo. 🗺️

The neighbourhood

A quiet, tree-lined residential street a short walk from Lodi's historic downtown — a walkable grid of restored early-1900s storefronts, tasting rooms, coffee shops, and restaurants. 🌳

• Lodi is the old-vine Zinfandel capital of California, with 85+ wineries. Michael David Winery is 15 minutes out, and dozens of tasting rooms sit closer — several right downtown.

• The Lodi Farmers Market runs Thursday evenings through the summer downtown, with produce, food vendors, and live music.

• Lodi Lake Park (2.4 mi / 6 min) has paddling and trails, and Micke Grove Regional Park (4.9 mi / 8 min) has a zoo and Japanese garden. In winter, the Sandhill Crane migration is worth the short drive.

• Safeway, Raley's, and local markets are all under 10 minutes.

Getting around

A car is recommended to explore Lodi's wineries and the surrounding region, and there's plenty of free street parking right out front. 🚗

That said, downtown Lodi and School Street are a 16-minute walk (0.7 mi), and the Grape Festival Grounds are a 14-minute walk (0.6 mi) — you can leave the car parked for a night out.

Highway 99 and I-5 are both minutes away. Downtown Sacramento is 38 minutes, Sacramento International Airport (SMF) 48 minutes, and San Francisco about 1 hour 40. Tahoe and Yosemite are each roughly 2–3 hours.

Worth knowing before you book

• This is a designer-restored 1922 home — the character is real, and so is the care that went into it. We ask guests to treat it accordingly.
• The third bedroom and the game room are upstairs, worth knowing if stairs are a concern.
• Pets are welcome with a pet fee; any pet mess left behind is billed at $100.
• We'd appreciate your help rolling the trash bins out on collection day during longer stays.
• A signed rental agreement may be required.
• Early check-in / late checkout is available based on availability for a fee.
• Staying 30+ days? Guests are responsible for their own consumable supplies (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels).
