The space

You get the entire home to yourself — both floors, the porch, the balcony, and the whole backyard.

• 4 Bedrooms — Comfortable queen beds dressed in quality linens, sleeping up to 8. One room carries an extra twin, and every upstairs bedroom has its own mini-split so each guest sets their own temperature.

• 2 Bathrooms — The upstairs bath is the showpiece: a freestanding clawfoot slipper tub plus a separate glass-enclosed marble shower. The second full bath pairs a marble walk-in shower with a carved wood vanity. There's a powder room off the den as well.

• Designer Kitchen — Marble counters and full-height backsplash, stainless farmhouse sink, gas range under a vented hood, dishwasher, and a smart fridge. Espresso machine, air-fryer oven, toaster, and real cookware. The island seats three.

• Living, Dining & Den — A formal front living room under a coffered ceiling, a dining room with the original built-in hutch seating six, and a separate back den with a smart TV when the group wants to split up. Massage chair in the front room.

• Upstairs Lounge & Balcony — A second sitting room opens onto the full-width front balcony through a living green wall. Outdoor sectional and treetop views.

• The Backyard — Genuinely huge. A cedar pergola over a paver patio with outdoor sofas, a fire pit ring, a rope swing under an enormous shade tree, a trampoline, a gas grill, and a big lawn.

• Full-Size Washer & Dryer — In-home laundry room.

• Free Parking — Private driveway plus street parking.

We're available by message whenever you need us and we usually reply within the hour — but the whole house is yours and we'll never drop by unannounced. Self check-in means you arrive on your own schedule. 😊

The neighbourhood

A quiet, wide, tree-lined residential street in historic old Lodi — the part of town with the deep front lawns and the crepe myrtles. You're three blocks from downtown's restaurants, tasting rooms, and shops, a few minutes from Lodi Lake Park, and in the middle of California's Zinfandel country with 85+ wineries around you. 🍇🌳

Getting around

Downtown Lodi and School Street are an easy 0.3-mile walk, so dinner and tasting rooms don't need a driver. For the vineyards a car is recommended — Michael David Winery is 7.8 mi / 14 min, and Highway 99 puts Stockton at 20 minutes and Sacramento at 38. Free parking in the private driveway plus street parking for extra cars. 🚗

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (residential street with neighbors)
• No smoking anywhere inside the property
• No parties or events
• Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• Pets considered on request only, with a pet fee once approved
• The fire pit is used at your own risk — never leave it unattended and fully extinguish it before bed
• No illegal activity on the premises
• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property
• Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings
• Noise complaints may result in reservation cancellation without refund
• A signed rental agreement may be required
• Early check-in / late checkout available based on availability for a fee
• Staying 30+ days? Guests are responsible for their own consumable supplies (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.)
• Please treat the home with care — a lot of love went into this one
