The space

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and open living area, thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room features a large, comfy sectional with pull out bed. A smart TV is located in the living room, Master and two other bedrooms, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to whip up home-cooked meals, including modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and a dining area that seats 6.

Each of the four bedrooms is tastefully decorated with cozy bedding and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom offers a luxurious queen bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, bedroom 3 has a full size bed while bedroom 4 has a bunk bed (full on top, queen on bottom) with an additional trundle bed underneath the queen bed, making this home ideal for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for extra space to unwind. Step outside and discover your own private backyard retreat! The spacious yard features a large patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for lounging or enjoying a meal al fresco. For the grill masters, we’ve got you covered with a top-of-the-line BBQ grill. As the sun sets, gather around the lounge under the twinkling patio lights to share stories, grill your favorites, or simply relax with a drink in hand. A Rental agreement may be required.

Getting around

When visiting Jacksonville, Florida, you’ll find plenty of convenient transportation options to help you explore the city and surrounding areas. Car rentals are highly recommended for the best flexibility, as Jacksonville is spread out, and many attractions, including the beaches, are a short drive away. There are several rental car agencies available at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) and throughout the city.

Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are popular and easily accessible, offering a convenient way to get around without the hassle of parking. Public transportation is provided by the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA), which operates buses throughout the city, including the Beaches area. You can also use the Skyway, a free, automated monorail system in downtown Jacksonville that connects various points of interest.

For visitors staying near the St. Johns River, the Jacksonville Water Taxi offers scenic transportation between downtown and the Southbank, providing a fun way to travel across the river while enjoying beautiful views. Biking and walking are great options in the beach areas and parks, where you’ll find plenty of trails and scenic routes.

• Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately

• Noise complaints may result in reservation cancellation without refund
