The space

You get the entire home to yourself — not a shared room, not a cramped apartment.

• 3 Bedrooms, 5 Beds — Bedroom 1 has a queen, Bedroom 2 has a full-size bunk that kids love, and Bedroom 3 has a queen. A queen sofa bed in the living room takes the count to 10.

• THREE Full Bathrooms — The reason groups book this house. Nobody queues for a shower, and nobody is negotiating over a single sink on a game-day morning.

• Fully Stocked Kitchen — Cook properly and save your budget for the trip. Cookware, dishes, coffee maker, and a coffee and cocktail kit are all here.

What you get access to

The entire home is yours, start to finish. Check in on your own schedule with the smart-lock keypad — no key handoff, no waiting on anyone. The owner is not on-site during your stay.

While you are here

We are a message away and usually reply within the hour. ⚡ You will get your door code and arrival details before check-in, and we will check in once early in your stay to make sure everything is right. Otherwise the house is entirely yours — we do not drop by, and the owner is not on-site.

The neighbourhood

A quiet residential pocket of 76107 on the near west side, sitting between the Cultural District and the hospital district. It is a genuine neighborhood — front lawns, mature trees, people walking dogs — but it puts you inside a mile of Dickies Arena and a few minutes from the museums, TCU, and downtown. Easy, low-drama base for game days, concerts, and work stays alike.

Getting around

A car is the easy way to do Fort Worth, and you have a driveway plus free street parking for up to 4 vehicles. Dickies Arena is 0.9 mi (4 min), the Cultural District 1.7 mi, TCU 2.5 mi, and downtown 3.5 mi. The Stockyards are 5.2 mi / 15 min. DFW International is 25 mi / about 27 min, and Dallas Love Field is a similar run. Rideshare is quick and plentiful across this side of town.

Worth knowing before you book

The rate includes 8 guests; guests 9 and 10 are $25 each per night. Sleeping for 10 is reached with two queens, a full-size bunk, and a queen sofa bed in the living room — so a group of 10 should expect two people on the sofa bed in the open living area. Exterior cameras (doorbell and yard) are in use for security; there are none inside. Pack-and-play and extra bedding are available on request — just ask before you arrive.
