The space

This is a full home, not a shared room and not a cramped apartment. You get the entire place to yourself!

• 4 Bedrooms — A king in the primary, a queen in each of the next two rooms, and a fourth bedroom built for families with a queen, a twin daybed and a pull-out trundle underneath.

• The Kids Room — Bedroom four is painted with a hand-done tree mural and a little picket fence.

• 2 Bathrooms — The primary has a double vanity, a glass walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. The second has a tub and shower combo. Both stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.

• Full Kitchen — Gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a french-door refrigerator, plus coffee maker with pods, toaster, blender, cookware, bakeware, dishes and wine glasses.

• Living Area — Bright vaulted living room with a fireplace, large sectional and smart TV, flowing into the breakfast nook and a dining room that seats six.

• Large Wood Deck — Lounge seating, a shade umbrella and a gas grill, opening onto a fully fenced pine-shaded backyard.

• Workspace — A dedicated desk and a proper ergonomic chair.

• Washer & Dryer — Full-size, in-home.

• Central heating & cooling with ceiling fans throughout.

• Attached 2-car garage plus driveway, 4 vehicles total. Garage or driveway only, street and grass parking can be towed.

Parking, please read

Park inside the garage or on the driveway only. Street parking and parking on the grass are not permitted in this neighborhood, and vehicles parked incorrectly can be towed at the owner's expense. There is room for four vehicles between the garage and the driveway.

We use a Yale smart keypad lock on the front door — no keys to pick up, no awkward meetups, no lockouts! 🙌

• For everyone's security there is one exterior camera facing the front garage. There are no cameras inside the home.

• Want privacy? You won't see us. Self check-in means you can enjoy your whole stay without ever meeting anyone face-to-face, and nobody else is on the property at any point during your stay.

• For transparency: one exterior security camera faces the front garage. It covers the driveway and entry for security only, and there are no cameras anywhere inside the home.

Getting around

A car is the easiest way to get around The Woodlands and the greater Conroe area. Roads are well-maintained and the property has an attached two-car garage plus driveway parking for four vehicles total. Please park in the garage or on the driveway only, since street and grass parking can be towed in this neighborhood. Ride-share (Uber and Lyft) is widely available for airport runs and nights out. George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is about 26 minutes away for domestic and international flights, and I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road give you a direct route into Downtown Houston and the Texas Medical Center in about 40 minutes. For medical travelers, Houston Methodist The Woodlands and Memorial Hermann The Woodlands are both under 10 minutes by car.
