Getting around

A car is the easiest way to get around The Woodlands and the greater Conroe area — roads are well-maintained and the property has free driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Ride-share (Uber and Lyft) is widely available for airport runs and nights out. George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is about 24 minutes away, and I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road give you a direct route into Downtown Houston and the Texas Medical Center. For medical travelers, Houston Methodist and Memorial Hermann The Woodlands are both under 10 minutes by car.

• Exterior security cameras: a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and a camera at the rear entrance. There are NO cameras inside the home, and you may cover the rear camera during your stay if you prefer.

• Must be 25+ to book
• Self check-in — arrive on your schedule
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (local noise ordinance)
• No smoking inside (outdoor areas available)
• No parties or events
• No more than 6 non-contracted visitors at one time
• Pet fee applies. Dogs 30 lb max. Cats welcome, please bring your own litter box.
• Please park on the driveway only — sprinkler heads sit at the edge of the drive
• Trash collection is Tuesday. Bins are on the gate side. Recycling is paper, plastic and aluminum only.
• A signed rental agreement may be required
• Early check-in / late checkout available based on availability for a fee
• Staying 30+ days? Guests handle their own consumables (coffee, toilet paper, paper towels)

• Stays of 30 or more days: guests are responsible for their own consumable supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Please treat the home with care and lock all doors and windows when leaving
• Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
• Noise complaints may result in reservation cancellation without refund
